The Company & Role:
Our client, a Steel Window Manufacturer, is looking for a number of Fettlers to join their factory based in Witham.
Experience:
Candidates must be open to working within a factory environment which is very noisy and dirty due to the nature of the work. You must also be physically fit, as you will be on your feet all day using machinery and dealing with heavy steel.
In Return:
Successful candidates will start off with 2-3 weeks training with the hours of Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4.30pm. Once training is completed, this will then change to the hours of Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 12am and Friday, 11am to 3pm. Overtime will be earned after completing 42 hours per week.
